Its single beveled edge allows for greater sensitivity and feedback when scanning tissue, which some practitioners prefer.
Much like its STM2 counter part, this tool is designed for use on smaller to medium sized areas of the body such as the back, forearms, neck, calves, and pectoral muscles. Due to the size and desired weight it reduces the effort needed by the practitioner and optimizes effectiveness for use on large areas of the body when compared to the smaller tools.
The handle bars provide comfort for the practitioner in any treatment situation. This large tool is designed for use on larger areas of the body, specifically the lower extremity. All sides have a double beveled edge for efficiency and comfort for the practitioner and patient alike. The convex side offers a broad treatment range, while the concave side with its double inlets allow for more specific use such as on calves, forearms, and neck. This blade-like tool is designed for use on smaller to medium sized areas of the body such as the back, forearms, neck, calves, and pectoral muscles. Its sloped design offers comfort for the practitioner, while maintaining versatility with its double beveled edge for management of smaller areas of the body. This palm sized tool is designed for use on smaller areas of the body such as hands, feet, forearms, and calves. Our tool set is a combination of all five SMART Tools (STM1, STM2, STM3,STM4,STM5) in a canvas roll up case. This is a mix of double and single beveled edges, features a patent pending double sided, single beveled handlebar tool, new hand tool, and a new blade tool.
Smart tool plus Pc#
The hex bits kept falling out ( literally ) so I bought some 5mm x 1mm neodymium rare earth magnets and dropped one in the hole and the tips stay in place now.Our new 5 pc set with emollient and new roll up case. I did find a flaw that is easily corrected.
Smart tool plus update#
UPDATE III - after spending some time using this tool it has been very handy to have when working on my weapons. Even after having to wait for the replacement light I would STILL recommend this tool for anyone that shoots. I mashed down on the button a couple more times ( with a bit of frustration in it these times ) and then the light started working and continues to work just fine now, so all is good. I pulled out the plastic disk separating the batteries and the light still would not light? I thought oh great they just sent me something worse because this one does not light at ALL. UPDATE II - Ok, got a new light in the mail this week and I was very satisfied with the customer service and how quick they corrected the problem I had. UPDATE - contacted Real Avid 1/21( by email they never seem to answer a phone call, it just goes to a voice mail? but they did reply to the email same day ) and they have promised to send a replacement light to me this week No fifth star because of the broken light & the extra bits needed to make it the PERFECT TOOL but this is a GREAT START - it even looks good, a little bigger than I thought it would be but still a great tool. The included sheath is of decent quality, it has a loop on the back for a belt and I like that it has a pocket in the back to carry the tips as well - got to love an all inclusive tool on you belt when you are at the range. The light HAS ISSUES batteries are like new in mine but if I turn it on and flex the shaft to aim it the light turns off? Going to contact the maker for a replacement of this and I'll post how that turns out. Overall with the addition of some more tips this will be the PERFECT TOOL in my range box. 17 the tool would hit the trigger guard ) luckily this tool uses the standard 1/4 drive so I have PLENTY of these ( I'll try and post a pic of this later ). Working on my rifles I feel it needs an extension to reach out better so when I turn the tool it does not hit other parts of the weapon ( like when taking one of the stock screws out of my.
Smart tool plus drivers#
The actual tool has some common use items but added drivers are the key for this being the ultimate tool to have, you can add any 1/4 drive bit to the mix of tips. I don't see what other reviewers are complaining about? My tool opens easily ( ALL TOOLS WORK SMOOTHLY ) not to hard to open and not to easy so they just fall out - JUST RIGHT.
